Let the entire world and all around the globe know the "truth" we raise this appeal and plea to urgently take the pressure procedures.. on the Yemeni authorities represented in the first party " the Supreme Political Council in Yemen… and the second party" the Yemeni president and his government which is residing abroad..it becomes annoying, to have two representatives for the state and the government of Yemen political representation and popular presentation inside Yemen taking their legitimacy from the Yemeni people.. and the second party outside Yemen who takes his legitimacy from the international and regional community, UN and the international security council.. this truth is the one that made us raise an appeal in an unordinary way to put an end to that… it is annoying and costs lots of efforts and made the humanitarian and legal work out of work, opposing authorities so, the world and the international community put an end to that. The tragic play had ended and it is time to stop watching and clapping , it is time to work together and speak the facts and the truth with its mere meaning and we should act according to our feeling and consciousness in order not to jeopardize the live of the entire Yemeni people for some financial gains because this would be against the nature of earth and it is a crime condemned by all religions, human beings are the real valuable thing on earth which we live on all together, so we should not kill or destroy humans…? Let us all help in spreading peace worldwide and we encourage the right of living with dignity…enough killing for humans enough destruction of our planet earth. We through this appeal calls upon:… the international community, great countries, UN general assembly and its general secretary, the international security council, human rights council, UN organization for human rights, European Union Commission, European Union Parliament Council, Donor Countries, Friends of Yemen countries, 8 countries sponsoring the GCC initiative and its executive mechanism, World Bank for development, International monetary fund, along with the International transparency organization, International Amnesty Organization in London, Human Rights Watch in New York… to all of you we send this appeal and urgent plea for urgent interference and practice pressure on the Yemeni authorities to protect the members and the National Supreme committee for combating corruption " from Yemeni judicial authorities announces a cope against the legitimacy of the Supreme National Committee for Combating Corruption in the Yemeni capital Sana'a… All what we are asking for is a method of international pressure on the Yemeni authorities for an immediate stop for these practices against the Supreme national committee for combating corruption…asking for the support and calling for the protection of the members of the Supreme national committee for combating corruption in the Yemeni capital. We tell the world the truth with all official prove documents…to avoid misleading the world by the principle of implementing judicial verdicts…the world was watching and monitoring the Yemeni incidents under the so called Arab Spring and the awful incidents because Yemen was one of the countries of the Arab Spring, and the entire world witnessed the flexibility of the handover of power by the previous president Ali Abdullah Saleh who transferred power peacefully to the agreed president Abdo Raboh Mansor Hadi , and the handover of the power in Yemen was based on the transitional process and was agreed by all political parties and components based on the GCC initiative and its executive mechanism and the decision of the international security council … hence the situation in Yemen after the transitional period witnessed a lot of fuss between the political parties and powers and the international community intervened by solving all these conflicts under the title round table of the Yemeni National Dialogue where all have reached a close solution to all the current problems in Yemen. In another political dimension one of the extreme political parties to find alternatives and other means to legally control larger portion of the Yemeni governmental agencies and ministries??and the ambition of this extreme party in Yemen is to control the Supreme national committee for combating corruption..and they have extended efforts to end the legal shape of the members of the Supreme national committee for combating corruption.. after the end of the legal time frame the situation in Yemen was considered as an exceptional one, BUT? This party used all its power and authorities at the ministry of legal affairs and through the cabinet of Ministers to pass what they want and they announce the end of the five years specified for the members of the Supreme national committee for combating corruption by the end of 2012.. the president of the republic instructed the Yemeni Shora council to announce the competition for the vacancy of the members of the Supreme national committee for combating corruption on 08/01/2013, the president of the shora council made the announcement through all the media tools on the names of the persons who applied for the membership among them a number of social figures and others who were representing the Civil Society Organization..? during the specific time some of the figures did not attend in the day allocated for elections and voting to win within thirty nominees for the final list set by 17/04/2013 they announce the list of the 30 final list winners in the shora council list.. here some figures who applied earlier for the position as representatives from the civil society organization filed a case in front of the administrative judiciary body in Sana'a against the shora council calling in their case that they want to cancel the decision of the president of the Shora council to nominate thirty persons and the reasons of the claim were filed on 18/01/2013 the p[resident of the shora council announced to those who want to apply for the membership of the Supreme national committee for combating corruption and based on that the ones who file the case who were four presented their names as nominees and representative of civil society and they applied in the Shora council 18/01/2013 and they raise in the case that the elections were held officially on 17/04/2013 and it was not announced or published in the media , press and hence they resort to the judicial sector after 24 hours of watching this on media sites??? On 20/04/2013 and based on that a case was presented in front of the administrative judiciary on 22/04/2013 and then a verdict was issued by the preliminary administrative judiciary court in the capital Sana'a on 06/05/2013 where it cancelled the decision issued by the Shora council no.61 on 20/April/2013 and called it as illegal then the shora council filed for an appeal in front of the court of appeal in the capital against the above mentioned verdict and nobody showed up in front of the court and the Shora council did not show up and then the court of appeal issued a verdict supporting the previous verdict to cancel the list of the nominees and considering it illegal and the verdict was no.320 on 22/09/2013 and there are clear evidences with the volunteer team who worked to know the results and they were shocked to find out that all these things were planned in advanced and with bad intention and with one aim which is obstructing the transitional period and to disencourage the results of the national dialogue conference and its outcomes.. due to the exceptional circumstances at that time the ambassadors of the 8 countries sponsoring the national dialogue conference and the donor countries decided that the president Hadi should intervene and nominate and appoint the members of the Supreme national committee for combating corruption to end all the escalations at that time and so based on certificates from the president of parliament and the shora council in Yemen and there are document confirming these acts and also testimonies of some ambassadors of the 8 countries and some donor countries for the clearance of the procedures and then the president took the decision after the disagreement between the members of the parliament on the list of nominees for the Supreme national committee for combating corruption.. this confirms the presence of political escalation to end and stop the work and mandate of the Supreme national committee for combating corruption and hence there was no agreement on the list then president Hadi took the decision and appointed seven members in the administrative council for monitoring tenders and the formulation of the Supreme national committee for combating corruption by the presidential decree No. 54 for the year 2013 as indicated in the official newspaper al thawrah published on 17/September/2013 issue no.17834 here and due to the political escalations a group have been moved to file a case in the administrative court again calling for cancelling this decree based on the court ruling and verdict issued in the capital no. 71 for the Year 1435 Hjra year coinciding with 12/01/2014 and what follows of verdicts by the court of appeal in 20/10/205 and according to verdict no. 57835 appealed by the presidency and represented by the ministry of legal affairs on 20/10/2015 and with reference to all above mentioned dates Yemen was in a very critical turn while escalations are increasing from all the political parties and powers and even the judiciary announced it cope against the Supreme national committee for combating corruption it became the only independent agency that performs its work with full neutrality and partiality but all have decided to take over this agency and they issued a report to reveal the truth on the work and mandate of the Supreme national committee for combating corruption and what had been achieved in the period 2014/2015 that confirmed the impartiality of the agency which is working despite the armed conflict situation and the war against Yemen and amidst the two years air strikes and to make referral to the link under the title anti-corruption files of corruption and redline not to be touched , it made a conflict or even a battle against the Supreme national committee for combating corruption , the link of the report is

Knowing what was carried in this report would reveal the truth to the entire world.. why they announce the cope against the legitimacy of the Supreme national committee for combating corruption in Yemen and according to the constitution and according to the texts of the Yemeni law which guaranteed the right of the Supreme national committee for combating corruption.. to reconsider these verdicts and as stipulated in Article 304 of the Yemeni litigation law and civil procedures no.40 for the year 2002 and according to the law: we are asking for reconsidering these verdicts because it can't be appealed unless it achieved any of the cases:
1- If it appeared for the convicted that after the verdict his opponent was cheating the thing that affects the ruling and the verdict according to phrase 4 if the appealing party after issuing the verdict obtained decisive papers that his opponent was upholding and prevented from presenting it to the court article 205 of the litigation law in Yemen.. the legal text stipulates that after issuing the verdict if any of the cases mentioned in article no 304 occurred so the opponent have the right to the court which issued the verdict to be reconsidered..article no.293 of the Yemeni litigations stipulates that the president of the republic after the approval of the supreme judicial council has the right to ask the president of the supreme court to reconsider any verdict they see it include a mistake that might harm justice..and based on all these texts and its validity, the judiciary in Yemen is avoiding them and announces a cope on the legitimacy of the Supreme national committee for combating corruption despite the filing for an appeal in front of the president and deputy president of the supreme political council in Yemen but they were all rejected and they intend not to reconsider these verdicts the thing that confirms to the entire world that there is a cope against the Supreme national committee for combating corruption.. why all this resistance and avoidance to work according to the law and weirdly that the parliament filed an official request on 03/09/2016 no 12 in a letter addressed to the president and member of the supreme political council.. in this letter.
